All Sales Are Final

Just a friendly reminder that all sales are final due to the personal nature of our products. We don’t offer refunds, but we’re always happy to help! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need additional information before you buy.
 

Returns & Exchanges

We’d love to help if you need to return something! Here’s how it works:
- Please return items within 14 days of delivery, according to USPS tracking.
- Items should be in their original condition: new, unused, and with all tags still attached.
- If an item has been opened or used, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
 

How to Request a Return

1. Just send us an email at [email protected] with your name, order number, details about the item, and why you’d like to return it.
2. Once we approve your request, we’ll send you easy instructions on how to return the item.
3. We’ll process any store credits or exchanges based on the item’s condition once we receive it back.
 

Store Credit

- You’ll receive store credit for the item’s value (minus shipping costs), which will be valid for one whole year!
 

Exchanges

- If you want to exchange your item, just let us know which item you’d like in your return request. We’ll take care of processing your exchange within 3-5 business days of getting your return.
 

No Returns on Clearance Items

- Please note that items marked "SALE," "FINAL SALE," or "CLEARANCE" are non-returnable. 
 

Return Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or there’s been an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable method, like USPS flat-rate shipping, for peace of mind.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us right away at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you.
