Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Used or opened items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To request a return or exchange, email ohthoureiki@gmail.com with your name, order number, item, and reason for the request. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

Store Credit

Approved returns receive store credit for the item price, excluding original shipping costs. Store credit is valid for one year.

Custom & Sale Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, SALE, FINAL SALE, and CLEARANCE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at ohthoureiki@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
