RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At OhThouReiki, our pieces are handcrafted with care, and many are made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.
ORDER DETAILS & SIZING
Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including size, design, and other order details. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
If you are unsure about sizing or have questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Payment must be received before custom work begins. Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
SALE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Items marked CUSTOM, SALE, CLEARANCE, or FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or store credit.
FULFILLMENT ERRORS
If we send the wrong item, wrong size, or an item that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received and your order confirmation.
Fulfillment errors are handled separately from our standard return policy. Once verified, OhThouReiki will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will cover the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to correct the error.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can review the issue and begin the return process.
Please do not wear, alter, resize, repair, or otherwise use a damaged item before contacting us. Damage resulting from use after delivery does not qualify as a damaged-order claim.
RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. OhThouReiki does not offer cash or card refunds.
To receive store credit, an approved return must be received in resellable condition.
Resellable condition means the item:
• Has not been worn or used.
• Has not been altered, resized, repaired, or modified.
• Shows no signs of wear, scratches, stains, or other damage.
• Has not been exposed to perfume, lotions, oils, chemicals, or other substances that could affect the item.
• Includes all original components and packaging, when applicable.
• Is in the same condition as when received.
Items returned with signs of use, wear, alteration, repair, damage, or other conditions preventing resale are not eligible for store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING
For approved standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until your return has been received and reviewed.
OhThouReiki is not responsible for items lost or damaged during customer-paid return shipping.
Store credit is not issued until an approved return has been received and inspected.
STORE CREDIT
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the eligible purchase amount.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date the return is accepted. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
