Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Any extended timeframe will be noted in the product description or communicated after ordering.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. OhThouReiki is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please contact us if your tracking information shows an issue with your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and item.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with household members and your local USPS office first. We’ll do our best to assist with tracking the package.
