By placing an order with OhThouReiki, you agree to the terms below.
Products
OhThouReiki offers handmade jewelry, crystals, and other spiritual and wellness-inspired goods. Since many pieces are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, texture, and finish are natural.
Product photos represent each item as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and your device.
Orders & Payments
Orders are processed after payment is received. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error with your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom pieces are created specifically for you and often require materials selected or sourced specifically for your order.
A 50% deposit of the total order price is required upfront to begin gathering materials and preparing your custom piece. Some materials may need to be ordered from our vendors and may not be in stock or available for immediate use.
You are welcome to pay the remaining balance in full at any time.
Please understand that material availability and delivery times are outside of our control. OhThouReiki is not responsible for delays caused by vendors or shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, or other suppliers and delivery services.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we gather the materials needed to create your piece.
Once your custom order is completed and the final invoice is issued, the remaining balance is due within 31 calendar days of the invoice date. If the balance is not paid within 31 days, the completed piece(s) will be released for public sale. This allows OhThouReiki to recoup the time, materials, and energy invested in creating the order.
Deposits and payments toward custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. These purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete requirements.
SALE, FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through USPS. Processing and shipping times vary by product.
OhThouReiki is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
